Servers

There are currently 8 active Grand Chase servers around the world, mainly:

Korea
Brazil
North America
Taiwan
Philippines
Thailand
Indonesia
Latin America

Here are the Old Dead Servers that closed down for a weird/specific Reason:

Japan [Game reformation]
Hong Kong [Have an agreement with Taiwan]
S.E.A. [Closed because of poor amount of players]
Europe [Closed because of poor amount of players, before it's official relase]

Server Names
Each Server has their own specific type of server names.

1. Korea: 9 Servers runs in GCKorea

  • Server For Players Level ranging from 0 – 45 (+5 Exp) [They have 3 servers for this type]
  • Server For Players Level ranging from 45 – 75 (+5 Exp) [They have 3 servers for this type]
  • PVP Server [Server dedicated for players who like PVP'ing, although you can still have a dungeon run]
  • Coliseum
  • Special Events Server

2. Brazil: 15 Normal Servers + 2 Event Servers + 1 PvP Server

  • Lin, Lupus, Elesis, Lire, Arme, Lass, Ryan, Ronan, Amy, Jin, Mari, Dio, Rey, Zero, Sieg (Normal servers)
  • Brazilian 2012 (Open around June, July. Only available for National Championship Matches. Players who have not registered in the championship cannot enter the server.)
  • Summer 2012 (Open around December, January. Only avaiable for Summer Championship Matches. Players who have not registered in the championship cannot enter the server.)
  • PvP (Server for PvP matches. You can’t enter Dungeons, Houses, Plaza etc.. All stats are null and properties = 0. Some pets are allowed, but they don’t attack inside the match.

3. North America: 3 Servers

  • Gorgos & Gaikoz (Normal Servers)
  • Gardosen (Tournament Server)

4. Philippines: 8 Servers

  • Luna, Gon, Sidt, Ninko, Selion, Sarimanok and Kerby (Normal Servers)
  • Special Events Server (Online Official Tournament and other stuffs~)

5.Thailand: 2 Servers

  • Elesis & Lire

6. Indonesia: 5 Servers

  • Serdin, Kanavan, Ellia & Eryuell (Normal Servers)
  • Guild War Server

7. Taiwan: 6 Servers

  • From Elesis to Lass

8. Latin America: 2 Servers

  • Elesis
  • Lire

    • i heard the forum players said that less players are willing to buy cash =.=”
      and some said is poor amount, but arent the numbers alot =.=? can flood one server.

      • Well the official reason has long since been deleted by the publisher but they did say the sales aren’t good enough to sustain the game.

  7. Taiwan has new update as of 10 hours ago from the time of me posting this comment.
    GC chaos has arrived:
    Map changes the same as those in Korea. The Crucible shifted to Silverland.
    (Do note the hero dungeon opening time over at TW alternates between the two dungeons per first 30 min of the new hour.)
    Items changes ( Those craftmen orbs are changed into 2 different grades of blue shards, green shards, red shards and purple shards.) Also armor of the same name now changed their levels. Some items gains set effects based on number of items worn of the set( victor, Kungi, etc. )
    Card changes ( same as those changes in Korea)
    End of dungeon chests: well all players can pick any one of the 4 boxes but sometimes you can pick a box with totally nothing in there.
    Quests now gives low exp and gp but dungeon more than makes up for the leveling rate.
    Real time exp gain.
    Skill level now = 2x of lvl ( for example a lvl 34 Sieghart would have 68 skill point lvl)
    Selling of items gained at the end of the dungeon can be done by just clicking on the item and closing the screen.
    Time between showing of result and the chest selection screen is lengthen somewhat.
    Character missions changes
    They do give you some of the items if you never finish the old character quests and have most of the items. Basically amy’s mission is around silverland last few dungeons up to the fire drake. Others are around ellia or silverland.
    Job mission changes
    Well there are only two types left still. Gp mission and the cash mission.
    For Gp mission example 3rd job 2nd job change last 2 parts: kill 120 monsters between -2 and +2 of your current level, followed by complete 2 times of Hero dungeon : The Crucible.

    Events:
    Beanfun acc members have this event whereby they get a one day helper bot which gets reset everyday till the event period ends around April.
    For the duration of the event week, all players can slot cards into their armor for free without Gp cost so they can test out the varying cards.

    All in all I have a rough idea how to clean my inventory.

    example for Indonesia, they have 6 servers now..

  29. Hey everyone, just wanted to make sure that the editors know about the other server in NAGC, Guild Wars.

    Not sure how long it’s been there I just got back from a yearlong ragequit lol.

    I see this site has had some changes since my last visit as well! Very nice!

    Now I just have to see if there are any plans for when Lime is coming to NAGC, since I have all characters now (just got Rufus a week ago) and my lowest is Dio at a sad 43 :/
