Description

Abingdon was dispatched by the two kingdoms of Bermesiah to help the Grand Chase in their many adventures to fight evil.

The griffin had been trained in such a way that he will obey every command, be it staying in place or to oppress its owner’s enemies with a deafening howl. Hence, it is considered one of the most loyal out of all the Grand Chase’s pets.

Evolution

Abingdon doesn’t have a Pet egg. Abingdon also does not have an evolution.

Pet Acquisition

In NAGC, Abingdon was the feature pet for the First Seal Breaker Gacha, “Guardian Knights“.

In GCPH, he is known as Grifis.

Attack: Howling

Abingdon howls out a sonic wave that is loud enough to cause confusion to anyone directly in front of it.

Tips

In PvP, the sonic wave slowly pushes the enemy away. While the opponent is being stun-locked by this attack, you can take advantage of it and chain it with a skill or a grab. It also causes confusion, which is handy if your opponent wasn’t ready for it. It can trigger counters, and also finish off players in Fatal.

In PvM, Abingdon’s Howling pushes small- and medium-sized monsters away. And it has quite a range, so you can use it to fend off unruly melee monsters. It’s also good against big, super-armored monsters as it will hit multiple times with rather high damage.
