In Pvp, Chaos Pepe’s attack is useful to keep your opponents at bay, while giving you a chance to follow up with a grab, a skill or a combo because of its stun-lock. It can trigger counters, and finish off players in Fatal.

In PvM, Chaos Pepe’s attack is best used in a group of mobs for maximum damage
